Rich McIver
EXPERIENCE
Rich McIver focuses exclusively on healthcare litigation. In his practice, he has represented injured children, elderly patients abused in nursing homes, and patients harmed by improper surgeries. Whether it is working with expert witnesses, speaking with other lawyers, or counseling clients, Rich McIver has worked diligently to advance the rights of his clients in litigation.
He has been involved in a broad range of negligence cases. From assisting patients injured at the hands of doctors, hospitals, or nursing homes, Rich McIver’s practice includes all manner of healthcare litigation. Healthcare liability claims have a number of unique procedural hurdles for litigants. Rich McIver’s experience and knowledge allow him to navigate clients through these issues and help them obtain a just recovery.
Rich McIver received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. There he was distinguished with highest honors. He received his juris doctorate degree with high honors from the University of Chicago, a nationally ranked, top-10 law school.
